I’ll be making the trip down.
Who’s going and how many you think will travel down?
Train tickets sorted - tube times worked out, ready to rock
London in trouble, I think they'll struggle this year and I've heard things from inside the camp that they know they're up against it.
We've had a good start to our preparations at the weekend, so before London try and get their act together, a honestly think a good win is more than achievable. And with Workington at home the weekend, a good start to the season makes all the difference.
@viking-man that’s great to see a positive post, I agree with what you say there
onwards and upwards !
Anyone wanting to do pre-post match hospitality, they are charging £80 a head. Post match guests are Offiah, Claire Balding & Stevo, plus the usual coach/MOM interviews. Your seat would be in the Executive seats. Here is a copy of the e-mail I received last night;
Hi Paulie Walnuts.
You caught me working late!!
We do indeed have a great package on sale. Our Platinum Lounge ticket includes Prosecco on arrival, a 2 course lunch, free half time drink, pie, tea and coffee at full time as well as host of interviews.
Special guest is Martin Offiah, in attendance is Clare Balding and there will also be interviews with Mike Stephenson and our Head Coach and then we will hear from the Head Coach and the Man of the match at the end of the game. The Platinum Lounge is in the corporate tier so you will also enjoy the game from Premium seating.
How old is your grandson? I am waiting on some info for another guest for his 6 year old son about a more child friendly menu so if this is something you want to hear more about I can call you tomorrow once I hear back on it? Please just send me your number.
If not you can book direct on the link below or through me if you prefer. Again, if you have any questions please just ask, I will be happy to help.

Booked train tickets, plan on walking from Euston to Blackfriars. Believe there's no pay on the gate, it seems you must buy your ticket online.
Gutted I am in work and only 1 hour to London too from my home.
Cant wait for the 1st game. We have hardly won any away games for a number of years. London away is never easy, but if they are going backwards and we are pushing forward it is 1 we need to be winning straight up to start. Wins v them and Workington would give us a confidence boosting start before mu h tougher games.
New stadium should be great and they are pushing it to make it a big event. Coach places available with Jeanie, Louise and Debbie (Alan Rae) for anyone looking for transport down on the day.

Correct. It's an automated QR code entry system.
When I went in October, the match tickets were actually A4 sheets of paper, not sure if London will be doing the same.
Also, the ticket office at the Stadium wasn't finished (might be now though).
Tickets booked from Sheffield. Looks like plenty of pubs to go at in Wimbledon, any recommendations?
Coming from Norwich and it seems section 101-103 is allocated for the away supporters. Which section is most tickets sold in? Also, I'll be travelling alone to the game so if anyone is down to meet in the pub before hand, let me know!
6 of us making the trip, after what I saw Sunday I was pleasantly surprised, I really think we can catch London cold and should be full of confidence and most pleasingly we looked really fit, it will also be nice to have some selection headaches and players missing out due to preference especially if a couple are due to return.

Looks like they're only opening the Main Stand 😬
Oh really? I'm just looking at the London website because I can't get to Widnes to get my ticket beforehand so I think I'll have to buy off the London website if they don't do cash on the day. So what is everyone's section? Unless I can buy away tickets on the Widnes site if that's possible?

Yeah, sections 101-109 is the Main Stand.
The away end for Football games there is the Cherry Red Records Stand (Sections 110-116)
