The 21 man squad is on the club site.

No Danny Craven, Owen Farnworth, Max Roberts, Will Evans or Ollie Brookes - all injured.

We should still be strong enough to win this one.

Well the backs pick themselves apart from wingers, one prop to miss out and then the back row has plenty of options

looking like

Owens,ince,Fleming,edge, Dixon/millar

field/ Hatton,Fozard,amor,Grady,Lawton,bent/davies

johnstone,walker,field/ hatton

davies/ brown

I'd actually like to see Lawton have a game at LF, could be worth considering.

Remember the saying, though - "When a coach starts to listen to team selection from fans in the Stands, he'll be sitting next to them the following week.!"

Came on at oldham at prop and changed the game and played brilliantly first half playing in the middle at loose forward against saints first half I would have Hatton on the bench just my personal choice given farnworth is missing

Remember last season was used at prop and was wasted - his talent is on the outside flanks with his good feet and hands

hopefully this season fitter and ready to be in the starting 13

other people have mentioned walker at 6 - Lawton would be far better a !

I’ve never understood the calls to play Lawton prop or loose forward.

Surely he’s better on an edge running at (usually) smaller bodies. The best game I can remember him playing since we’ve been back in the Championship is dewsbury away last year- ran riot on the left edge.

Field at prop instead of Farnworth imo. Lawton's best position is 2nd row. I'm looking forward to watching the game tomorrow.

This mad man is in York getting pissed now with some of the Widnes dudes. All eating lovely baguettes and ready to windmill tomorrow. 🥖🥖🥖 Lawton best position 2nd Rower for this mad French man.  Good old Sunny boy I will buy you a pint and a nice Pinkies for you if around. 👌

Lawton and Grady second row for me with Bent at LF. Either Wilde or Davies getting a bench spot, tough call between the two. Either Field or Hatton to start at prop alongside Amor with the other plus Walker on the bench. Pretty good pack even without Farnworth.

How about Ram Roller Walker at Loose Forward, seen as lost 3 stone of fat? Plus he is a ball handling player Sunny BOY? I have got him to Pinkies training to lose the weight, and has thanked me personally. 🥖🥖🥖 Loves my baguettes and. Character. 👌

Starting Lineup:

Owens; Millar, Fleming, Edge, Dixon; Lyons, Gilmore; Lawton, Johnstone, Amor;Davies, Grady, Bent.

Bench: Fozard, Hatton, Walker, Field (Ince).

Plenty of size off the bench there.
