No Craven.

Squad: Spedding, Tyrer, Ince, Smith, Fozard, Grady, Wilde, Lawton, Baker, Lyons, Brown, Dupree, Fleming, Davies, Roby, Edge, Tilleke, Hulme, Holroyd, Nzongou, Doro.

Selection dilemma in the centres, personally be tempted to stick with a winning combination although Tyrer is a highly experienced and quality player.

Presumably a chance for Joe Lyons at Half Back to have a go.

I would also like to see Joe given a run at half back though the horrible weather expected may see us utilise Fozzard there so we have more beef on the pitch

would not be surprised to see 4 forwards on the bench in Lawton Doro Grady and Nzongou. In those conditions could turn into a bigger wrestling match than halifax

Lyons should start for Danny, keep fozzard at 9 where he is doing well, agree forwards on bench, Grady and Wilde could slip into the backs if needed, keep with the same back line, harder games coming soon

Surely you’d put Craven in the squad just to keep Dewsbury guessing until a couple of hours before kick off?

Not sure what type of message it would send to Lyons if you don’t pick him in this game.

Guess it’ll be Lyons and Grady for Craven and Tilleke. That’s obviously not knowing whether it being a Monday night will affect players.

On a non team related matter Batley and Bradford both postponed. Its hard to imagine Dewsbury's ground is going to be much different?

It will either be a mudbath or called off. Potential drier day on Monday might help get the game on.

As it’s on the tele, I’d guess they’ll pull out all the stops to get it played

All West Yorks games off today, at Odsal and Batley.

Watching the Leeds game on the TV, not stopped raining.

Be disappointing if we don't play because we are in a good run of form.

There has been nothing on their website to suggest that it is even subject to a pitch inspection.

I hope it is going ahead, but if the wind continues, it will be interesting and a forward battle up the middle of the pitch.

Unlike previous seasons and after last week, I feel confident a forward battle is now one we can win , and Dewsbury do not have anything like the pack that Fax do.

Pascal knows Widnes will be a better team on a drier pitch, but I agree we are made of firmer steel to pull results out in bad weather. Levy and Grady will bring some size to the pack and to be honest our pack is not that small, as people think. Lawton, Baker, Dupree, Wilde and Fozzard are not too small either. No offence to Edge and Fleming but Tyrer has to play with his experience, and for me our best centre. In Pascal opinion probably one of the best in the league  and favourite players after him showing the passion to the fans last year. This mad Frenchman has his baguettes and garlic ready for a mud bath.

Confident down the middle tonight our forwards have been great so far if they perform just like they did at Halifax and we win the error and penalty count we should come out on top, my one concern is our kicking game smith and craven have been awesome on left and the right but without craven it will make it easier to close down smith, our kick chase was outstanding against fax we need same again, big test for Lyons tonight he really needs to step up in a game which doesn’t really suit his style of play

Well the 17 is good, great to see Tyrer back, Hulme on the bench as well which surprised me - perhaps fozzard may be used as the back sub
