Can't believe the board can't sort out their issues with him and get him to stay !! It'll be a huge loss with all the positives this season the board situation has not been a shining light of leadership!!

Why does there have to be issues?

none of us really know the ins and outs of why he has made the decision to step down.

if it’s a money thing, he did agree to a wage before taking the job and, whilst I want him to stay just as much as the next man, we don’t know his demands are reasonable for a PT club.

i think these ‘fan ambassadors’ are currently doing the opposite of what their role was meant to be by uniting the fan base by currently causing division between board and fans. Need to pipe themselves down. Especially mr buck who’s on a one man crusade to cause issues and anger from fans towards the board.

i will close this with saying the same thing, I hope Tim can come to terms with the club to remain and he’s been an excellent addition

@dan1 lots of different rumours on Widnes jungle drums so wouldn't like to pick just one

but the amount of work he does it would be insanity to let him go

@vikingfox71 kev buck the fella that’s been spending the last month or two stirring up disdain towards the board because of horabin and now Tim. In some weird attempt to ‘support the club’.

a fan ambassador that seems hell bent on his mates being part of the club and putting himself on a pedestal above us other ‘regular fans’

Well, that’s my opinion based off what I’ve witnessed over the last few weeks anyway

@scouseviking55 not too sure he's hell bent on causing friction....he's clearly close to horabin and has got wind he was willing to invest 50k and it's got bumped or ignored by the board ...so rightfully when your club is saying it's seeking and looking to accept investment it does seem a very odd call and many would question it ....now whether there's a friction there between AH and other board is for all of us to guess ...

As far as Tim goes there's been "rumours" his job title...job description...doesn't meet the reality of what he was expected to do and what he wanted to do ....was talk there's more he wanted to do and the board has put the skids on it ....also talk he's been burdened with alot more than what his original mandate was ...and ultimately his wage

Think what we can all agree on without knowing the absolute facts are is that tim is crucial to us moving forward ..he brings passion...unreal work ethic ....huge amounts of transparency.....stuff we've all been dying for ...and the harsh reality is he walks we could start sliding back to the speccy controller days where fans were basically treat with contempt ...we've got a quality team on the pitch.....alot of work has gone on to improve matchdays....we don't want all this getting derailed at board level and it's uncanny ability to shoot itself in both feet ...

How is posting AH statement on Twitter for him and now doing a Facebook post asking people to ‘thumbs up’ if they want tim to stay supporting or helping the club exactly?

mental.

Sure the club already know how Tim is loved by the fans and if an agreement can be reached it will be. As said, none of us really know the ins and outs of the situation

The club clearly know a-lot of fans want Tim to stay and also want the investment that AH is apparently offering but these things wont happen over night although it would be brilliant if it did.

Do we know Tim even wants to stay?

@scouseviking55 I take it you will be making yourself known to Kev at Hunslet, as requested by Mr Buck, to discuss your differences. You never know you may learn something regarding the situation.

I'll go and 'pipe myself down' as requested by yourself.

@pauliewalnuts shouldn’t fan ambassadors tell us about the situation if they know more, rather than being all mr important and in the know?
