It seems that we are planning for a big next 2 years without spending daft money. We have signed Owens, Gilmore, JJ, Ince and Butt too 2 years deals and Coleman has another 2 years at least ( i think) on his deal. If we retain some of our current better players for these 2 years as well. Fozzard, Max Roberts, Field, Murray and with the rumoured signings of Lannon, Maizen, Maybe Patton.
If we can get ourselves as the best Part time team and not spend silly money like Fev and Bradford there is a lot to be positive about going forward
Agree only Wilde gutted about leaving at the moment. The spine then two decent centres permanently, winger/fullback, halfback, few props, few back rowers and I feel we will slowly improve. I like a squad of 26/27 own players. Then loan and dual if an injury crisis, but need to try sign durable players.
Whilst I agree with most of what you say, I would have liked us to have kept Roby who, IMHO, is playing better at FB than Owens and had a better long term future with us.
Roby at FB and Lyons at SO could have grown into a good partnership - however it is not to be.
Shame, in my eyes.

I would have preferred Roby over Jack Owens and rated Roby. Unfortunately the lad is leaving so got to look at a new fullback/winger for back up. For some reason Coleman loves Jack Owens but for me he is terrible under a high ball..We don't know who Coleman has in mind but if Maizen it seems that he is a step up. It is the back rowers that need replacing more with Langtree, Wilde and Gregson leaving. A few props required with Tilleke and Ant Walker gone. 2 centres as I like someone better than Fleming and nobody knows how badly Edge groin pulled, who may not play again? Personally I do not want too many passengers because we can't afford it and I do not feel relaxed having loan and dual players because they can go back anytime.
Sunny the thread is about the next 2 years and Roby has gone, so got to move on mate. 👌👍 I would have kept Roby but not in Colemans plans and is 18rh man regularly or not in the squad this season.
As a side issue it will be interesting to see how Roby responds to a new coach.
More generally AC set out his three year plan and it makes sense, to me at least, and should see more solid progress. What seems to be clear is that AC can inspire decent players to play better as a team rather than relying on 'stars' who are vulnerable to injury.
The Fax video commentator said it all when he complimented us on 'well worked' tries.
Let's hope we have more tomorrow!!!
Hoping we can snap up Brand permanently for next year. Not sure how Leigh are for centres but both Keanan and Chamberlain have been loaned out. Get him signed!
I think Chamberlain has signed permanently for hull for next year as well
Need more WVIPS members and people to buy Children season passes that will be sent to schools. They will bring parents on full price which means extra revenue. We need money to improve Colemans squad because these Loans are not working. Brogan, Wilson and Brand all signed season loans and straight away called by their club. Is Brogan and Brand ever coming back it is a big joke. We need a 26/27 squad with many durable players next season. No offence to Langtree and Gregson but I don't want them resigned.
I’d let gregson, Brookes, Langtree, and bent go.
I’d sign a young lad who has been released from a super league club a years contract, Brooke’s is ok but always injured. He’s played 3 games this season.
@sandgroper yes that’s who I meant sorry I call hill fc just ‘Hull’ and Hull KR just ‘KR’
Brooke has just been unlucky, he played really well when he got his chance
