This is what happens when you don't turn up for training.
If that is the case there may be a good reason.............
Such a clickbait headline and article
It was a comment that isn’t a secret anyone can see his defense is his weakness, AC tried a different combination and we got beat by the better side on the day. It’s not as big a deal as people think
@johnny65 You intimated that he doesn't turn up for training, and you had heard this off a few people.
He trained last night. Fact.
How he trained, I do not know.
Paulie
Given Jordan's mental frailty surely berating him publicly is the worst thing to do
Coleman's decision making is awful I'm afraid , every season we drop off at this point and here we go again self inflicted giving players away with no replacements and now berating best attacking weapon I really give up !!
Couldn’t agree more. Good man management means being able to discern which players respond to a bollocking and which ones need an arm round their shoulder. Given Abdull’s very clear and honest comments about his mental fragility I doubt he is feeling good about the club with Coleman publicly berating him. Another good player quickly disillusioned - it’s like we can’t help ourselves.
@pauliewalnuts I heard he hadn't been turning up for training and that's why he didn't play against Doncaster, you don't drop your best attacking player because he needs resting.
It all seems none story to me TBH. The comments came after the match on Youtube, so not exactly an exclusive.
"Coach doesn't pick a player because he prefers someone else for a certain game" - happens all the time in all sports.
Now, if JA isn't playing at Barrow then maybe there is more to this, but until then, I'm taking it with a pinch of salt.
@great-dane there was literally nothing wrong with what Coleman said. He pointed out a fact that we’d been caught out defensively a good few times in the past games on Jordan’s side which was true. Pointing out a fact is hardly ripping him a new one
if his mental fragility is that weak he shouldn’t have come back to RL. Hardly berated him and if anyone thinks that was they need thicker skin
Love RL,obviously think it's news worthy,they've reposted it 🤔

Trouble is we don`t score enough points when the Gilmore/Lyons combination is on the field and they Gilmore especially are not great on defence either.
Lawton has no defence skills at all and worse gives penalties away.
There are many other defensive flaws which are apparent to any opposition coach hence Widnes lose far more games when they are expected to win than shock wins they are expected to lose
@owl completely agree with most of what you say but that wasn’t my point. My point was there was absoloutley nothing wrong with what Coleman said and he’s been honest before about why players have been swapped out. JA should not be immune to criticism otherwise he will be too comfortable and likely form will drop off.
Lawton looks in great shape but seems to have fallen back into his old tricks of poor ball handling decisions and liability penalties
@scouseviking55 it's not the problem of what was said some things should be kept in house now teams will constantly look to attack "our weak spot" and double Jordan's defensive workload
it's bad man management but hey another self inflicted problem same as playing 2 games now without replacing a prop , unfortunately we cause our own problems

Do you seriously think other teams wouldn't have noticed it without him saying this?
