The latest Fan Ambassador meeting with the Board (Well, at least the Chairman) takes place tomorrow evening (6th Aug). If any on here have any questions for the Club, please post on here by 3pm tomorrow, and we will try to get you some info back. Don't expect any recruitment/release names, as they will be announced in due course. Fire away!
I will take the minutes and then send them back to Stu Murphy for clarification of their accuracy. He will then give me the nod to post them on here. So if there is any delay, it won't be me.
Don't shoot the messenger! 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

@pauliewalnuts no point asking about south stand anymore Paulie we've given up now after the Salford debacle lost at least 2 season tickets
@vikingfox71 It will be mentioned, trust me. That said, sadly you technically only have it for one more game(Worky). If we have home play-off games, if you intend attending, maybe pick another seat away from the Away section. It's a cop out, I know, but I for one wouldn't want any Viking giving up his ST because the stewarding is inept. Will discuss with SM.
There is a simple solution to this, put the Away fans in the North East Corner.
apart from Salford and Oldham, no-one brings any more than 50 fans.
@pauliewalnuts we actually moved from our seats last game as ended up surrounded one time too many for daughter I'm afraid
lots of promises nothing changes if you pay to have your own seat shouldn't have to move then watch away fans fighting each other lol
My mate came over from Finland and got me a seat in South Gold for the Salford game, my ST is for the North. The padded seat was absoutely filthy, I assume because probably not sat in that often. I know the stadium is down to the council and for whatever reason they have stopped cleaning the seats. I think the club should clean the padded section as not that many of them and its in our own interests for fans paying a premium as well. I only had shorts and t-shirt on but if I had good clothes on I think I would have refused to sit in my row it was that bad.
1. What number did the club budget for attendance wise for 2026, how does that compare with what we achieved with 1 home game to go and will it be the same figure for 2027?
2. Do we have any plans for family ticket offers next season as its very expensive for a family of 4 to attend a game at this level and at the same time we need to lower the age profile of the supporter base.
3. If we are going to double commercial revenue over the next 18 months firstly fantastic 1. What does the figure stand at for 2026 as the starting point? 2. To double over 18 months is massive and would be great, whats the strategy to achieve it?
@dan1 You have my sympathy. I sit in the back row of the Gold Section, and I turned up 1/2 hour early for the first game of the season and gave the whole row a wipe down with cleaning fluid. I won't be doing it again. Sherlock locked horns with the Stadium Management several times over this issue, to no avail. You are correct, it should be at least 'dust free' at £35 a game.

So the silence is deafening such a simple task.
So the silence is deafening such a simple task.
@prisoner it won't be Paulie it had to be proofread before it was put on here to make sure it was acceptable
obviously free speech and Widnes go hand in hand 😂🙄
the chairman must be worried what is released which makes you wonder more lol 😂
@vikingfox71 I'm in no way blaming Paulie but whats the point of these things if we don't know the outcome ?
@prisoner lol I agree but I'd say it's more of the things they let us know
