We have 2000 plus Season Ticket Holders, which I presume will have its revenue spread across the year and VIQI money.

We have a part time squad and a relatively low number of full time employees, compared to even 6 months ago.

Presumably we will not have to pay matchday costs e.g. stewarding because there are no matchdays.

We have had 3 league games at home, a couple of friendlies and a couple of cup games (albeit lowly attended).

I think it is obviously a far from ideal financial situation, but compared to most clubs outside SL, I think we are ok...

Who knows about other costs like appearance fees (which would not be happening)? Also rent....if we don't train....

I don’t want to be all doom and gloom, but perhaps the guess of four weeks suspension of gatherings might be grossly underestimated. I can’t profess to be the source of all knowledge, but from is being suggested in the media it could be much longer.

in terms of infection rates, these are projected to initially peak in July, drop in August due to school hols then peak again in Sept before beginning to decrease. Mumbling sober the weekend are of over 70’s self-isolating for four months and schools to close to the end of the school year in July.

Doesn’t really bear thinking about, but after the game today, I’m genuinely not sure when we may see the next game. On another line of thought, if the season did not resume, then would we be Joint Challenge Cup-winners? 😜

I think the 4 week thing is to help manage people. If you say it's going to last for 4 months people will panic more than they already are. However the over 70's are being asked to isolate for this period. 4 months of no sport, pubs, restaurants etc will be tough on us but far worse for those that own them.
