Winds me up they should have a clause and a transfer fee we will back down as always like the Tyler Dupree situation. I feel we need more backbone as a club and stamp our heels in more. What is the point Coleman saying we want to be the Wigan of the Championship if our best players are taken? In a part time league it seems the best teams retain players late Twentys or early thirtys who have a job to top up money. We are not going to get Super League unless a rich backer comes in and the RFL pass us to play in the top league. Personally there should always be promotion and relegation to make the sport interesting. There is nothing to play for and how can you sell to old and new fans if this crunchie is happening with Rugby League.

Hope so Bradford would bring plenty of away fans unlike London. Depends on situation on players and if has a job outside of rugby.

If we don't get anything then shows even more the farcical nature of RL contracts.....
Don't forget Bradford have 6 wins right now, Widnes were a disgrace according to certain quarters in 2012 for winning 6 matches.....but hey ho, the Bulls (who SOC gave 10k to) are a success story!

* Yeah mate, they're currently the cellar-dwellers, but also signed up for Vegas next term, so I can't honestly see 'em being relegated even if their league position remains unchanged!
For me, they bring precious little to SL. A ground out of the dark ages, and a financial history that is far from blemish free, but...............

Tbh, I can't see the club standing in the way of anyone getting a SL offer. Just the way it is.
We will have to see I guess but that is a kick in the nads if ever there was one. As one of the most exciting players in the league I guess he would have got offers from a number of clubs in the championship and I bet most would have taken on a SL release clause if he is ambitious to play up. Could the two year contract have been offered so that he didn't put a clause in there?
