Only decent wingers we’ve got are Deon and Jayden, Buckley I feel isn’t good enough and Roby isn’t quite up there but can put a shift in, priory to keep almost all forwards especially the likes of Lawton etc and bring in more depth to the forwards which Brown could do and will be a decent addition, massively hit with the forwards this year

People on here do not seem to rate the Chapelhows. I agree not that rough but they turned out every week and at this level are not that bad.

Also just a thought. Spedding has pace to burn but sometimes chooses the wrong pass option & his defence is poor so why not put him on the wing & get another centre in to replace him or play Roby there? I believe it is imperative our money would be better spent on more forwards, mainly props  than backs.

I thought that Hatton was viewed more as a centre, certainly has the size. But he could play inside Spedding .

Regarding forwards we don't know yet whether we have signed anyone! Brown is reportedly play half back or loose forward so why not hooker, certainly looked sharp enough at Wembley! Back up by Else or Hulme. Else offers support at scrum half too.

How many props are needed to stay strong every week? Four for certain with other back up options if possible. Bennion (Warrington born) would be good alongside Clough, if he stays. Amor maybe, so long as he wants to play, then Farnworth, ready to move up. I see Baker more as a loose forward who can prop if essential. The Chapelhows could fill the remaining places, despite being aggressive enough. Tilleke has his best years still to come and could be good forward cover.

Of course the Chaps maybe happier at Newcastle having left their family home!

Pascal knows a good season next year. We will be playing rugby nearly as good as porn.

Reported we have signed 2 from Oldham, Ryan Ince and a prop called Tyler Dupree.

I’d say Cameron smith johnathan thurston and cooper Cronk are definitely not coming. I’d like us to give it ago next season hopefully finniagan can prove me wrong and actually be a decent coach. To be honest for my whishlist I’d just like us to sign players who want to be at the club and play for the badge and the town and give us a chance of competing to get back up to super league.

If Cross moves on I think we a replacement already in Spedding . I would be looking to bring in a bigger stronger defensively more robust centre and play Spedding on the wing , for me he'd be more suited there.

Dupree seems to have a lot of street cred and come though a decent Leeds academy. Either play alongside or instead of Farnworth!

Ince is back in the fold.

Disappointing to lose Cross but good luck to him. We've signed plenty ourselves from the lower divisions in the past. That's just how it is.

I just looked on the Oldham fans forum - it says that Dupree has renewed his contract with them for a further season.

With us signing two wingers, I presume we’ll see at least another one leave, along with Cross.

Dont need Hatton, Buckley, Brookes, Ince and Holroyd.

Wouldn’t surprise me to see Hatton get a SL club.

Dupree has scored 8 tries in 13 games this season. Some going for a prop, especially given Oldhams league position.
