Surprisingly the bookies have us as favourites for the London match, they think we will win by 6 points. Hope they’re right

Anyone any idea what sort of team London have been fielding?

Neutral view - think the line is about right, Widnes have started well, London have made heavy weather of beating Bradford away, which is fair enough, but then also then Whitehaven at home, which is ominous for them, last week.

London have the stronger pack on paper but have struggled at half back and Widnes have a clear advantage in their spine, esepcially if the Broncos continue to play Kieren Dixon at full back (not sure if Ashall-Bott is injured or just not selected).

Really interesting game as a neutral as one team's strength looks to be the other's weakness and vice versa.

To be fair, we have been bigger favourites for the prior matches and won comfortably.

Think it will be close, as the 6pt margin would suggest.

If we cut out the soft breaks that Batley made in the first half on Sunday, I think we have every chance.

Obviously I hope we win & think we may still, but for me with no Jay & Danny London have to be favourites.

A lot will depend on whether or not Danny is available to play, he is one of our kingpins in our side.   With him we should win but without it is anybodys guess.

I think Lyons can come in and do a job and maybe that gives dugdale a chance off the bench

I'd have thought that you'd have had the (6-ish) start to be honest, but as has been mentioned, it's a compliment to you!

Spelly.

I fear they'll play havoc round our fringes. This won't be the Batley fat lad punching holes through our middle. Looking forward to it though.

They really aren't.

Current odds for the regular season:
Hills: Leigh 6-4, Toulouse 9-4, Featherstone & London 6-1, Widnes 8-1
Skybet: Leigh 5-4, Toulouse 4-1, Featherstone, London & Widnes 6-1

I wonder if the bookies had wind of Latu & Patton appearing for us against London? a shame for Lyons though. I hope Sheens keeps him happy, I am sure he will.

Interesting. They where before the start of the season. Shows how much the bookies flip things quickly just based on a couple of average results from them and decent results from Leigh.

I agree they aren't in my eyes either. I'd have Toulouse, Leigh, London, Featherstone in that order
