I was surprised when we took the two penalty kicks at goal, we were doing ok in attack at the time and ought to have been able to score tries.

Perhaps we ought to give some credit to how well York played in the second half. They threw the ball around well and created lots of chances - some of our own making with weak tackling. There No. 7 controlled the game. Some good tries from both sides, but the better team won on the day.

It's okay saying we need a big clear out, but the money the club are offering is only going to get us worse players than those leaving. The 4 already nailed on for Oldham are leaving for better terms & conditions than WV have offered them. Let that sink in. There is nobody in the office to answer the phone, the SM has been subbed out to someone their bedroom in Oldham, hence why the Clubs profile is a crunchie Show on 'X' etc. Can fans not see a pattern forming here?
I'm not a Superfan, but I've been watching Widnes since the mid 60s, being born in September I always got a ST for one of my prezzies off my parents, I've since bought my own, and did what my Dad did for me, for my own son. I now buy my Grandson his ST for Christmas, along with the merch of that particular season, as I'm sure a lot of fans do for their families. Yes, we've all invested a lot of money into Widnes RLFC under various guises, and will probably continue to do so. We are the Club, and I resent the fact that a certain person who has been here 5 mins is completely demolishing it from within. The Board (who I know read this forum) need a bomb up their arses. It's a disgrace.

That's correct, and when folk don't take up the early bird offer, the Club will be crying about not being able to recruit better players.
Send them a message, Keep your ST money in your bank account until Feb you are only saving £20 buy buying it in October.

York came with a simple plan to stop Foz, Lawton and Grady. And bash Dixon early. It worked . Their ex super league players did the rest to control the game in the 2md half. Gilmor was poor and seems to need a pack to play behind otherwise he is just passive . I noticed he went straight down the tunnel at full time when kids were wanting a picture/autograph ect. Poor form if you ask me . Very disappointed after yesterday. We are in need of at least 10 new players . Who they are and where they come from is anyone's guess . WTID
