The Swinton players I’ve heard that are coming are Mike Butt, Rhodri Lloyd, Nick Gregson and Andrew Badrock. Louis Brogan is going to Leigh but, is expected to play on loan at Widnes. We also want to bring in George Roby but, he signed for York for next year so I don’t know what will happen there. Heard that Bennion isn’t coming.
Oldham will do well to get promotion this year so it will be a season of league 1 rugby for our ex players. Lawton to me would be the biggest loss - if he could play to his potential
who are we targeting in the halves then if these rumours are true that lyons and craven leaving ?

I was really dissapointed with a number of aspects of the game.
one thing that stood out to me was how unfit Farnworth looked.
When they kicked deep into our half he was so slow to return to the line, way behind anyone else.
So Oldham are going to storm the Championship with the bottom half of our squad ?
That should be interesting test of Ford as a coach!! Iirc he never got his shirt dirty!!! so it should be a fast passing game!
