How many RL clubs have started from scratch recently?
Bradford I think is one.I assume if it was more beneficial to start afresh then the owners who took over would have just waited for the club to be liquidated.

Bradford didn't actually lose out much though - because despite starting afresh, they were allowed to continue in Championship (and were subsequently relegated having started afresh anyway).
