Scored some very good tries: game was over in the first 20 mins.

Baker and Craven playing make a noticeable difference, even against very poor sides.

It was a very disappointing attendance today around 1,500. That is a massive 2,500 less than last week & the gate money would be shared today. It would probably barely cover the player's wages. I thought Baker was outstanding along with Craven. Both our wingers showed a fine turn of speed too - refreshing to see. I think the extra speed out wide should be the difference in us winning or losing in some tight away games in Yorkshire especially.

I'd have to say that credit is due to the Oldham fans in the corner of the South Stand, even though the game went away from them in the first minute, they never stopped singing and shouting.

No disrespect to Oldham but we really shouldn’t be getting too excited about this victory

look at York beating london, i think it’s tactical as London know it’s all about being in Super League and getting back up at the 1st asking

hearing about funding cuts which will impact any team below super league

it’s going to make the gap bigger and too much of an ask for a champ club to ever get back up

disappointing that more didn’t come along, but could say the same about our fans tbh!

Just as a thought, will WidnesTV hurt cup game attendances I wonder?

Does it include cup games?

Feel the attendance is partly to do with last week, but also more a general indifference to the cup: no-one actually believes we are going to win it, so some will struggle to see the point paying £15 for it.

That being said, I thought there would be 2000 there at least.

Thought it was an entertaining game, with some good play. Oldham didn't give it up either.

3 home games on the run might have been a strain on some fans pockets plus the magic of the cup seems to have diminished in recent years.
Some nice touches from Joe Edge today to put his winger away.

Also to add in to the low attendance the crazy weather we have been getting and the last day of half term, where some parents might have been spending any extra money on the kids during the week.

Good win and looking forward to the draw.

With regards to London, they had a strong side out and only went behind near the end, staying in the cup as long as possible could generate some decent income.

To be fair, we only got 1800 at home to Leeds in the cup in 2018.
