Do you think we will get Doro back? It’s a big IF given what’s happened with him and Robson?
Do we need him back?
Don’t think we need him at the moment Sunny but for a bit of squad depth… He’s certainly a handful to perhaps bring off the bench… I’m not sure we need the hassle of Wire messing us about though… again the parent club might want him in a different club set up…
With (say) Clough and Baker as starting props, and Farnworth, Tilleke and Cook on the bench, we have at last strength of our own in the front row - I wouldn't drop any of them to accommodate a loan player, particularly one who is quite penalty prone.

V true.
Newcastle have signed Mitch Clark on loan from Wigan and Trout ( ex Wakefield) from France.Would've been right up our street, either or both.
This is where the lack of an academy or reserve squad in some form hurts you. There will have to be a re-think imo, to enable non-elite academies to be organised.
Of course it seems that the RFL want a subscription from all players, according to the LE. Bit of cheek tbh when you see how poorly organised the game is.

Newcastle going/gone full time, haven’t they?
Think that will have an impact on their signings as we’ve seen with Robson going full time at Bradford.
Didn't know that, V25.
Looking at the table a win tomorrow would see us going level on points with Broncos.
Considering how bad many of us were feeling after the Toulouse game, not a bad turnaround so far.
How can teams like Newcastle go full time? Who is financially backing them

if we beat them by more than thirty points we go above them👍👍

they are owned by the owners of the Newcastle Falcons RU set up and would have a stable financial set up backing them - a lot more so than us and a fair few other ‘traditional’ clubs.
They have been gradually consolidating for a couple of decades and are going in the right direction. Funnily enough, they are a very good example imho of what an expansion team should be.

if we beat them by 21 points we go above them 😉
Newcastle aren't full time, but like Bradford have an academy, which gives them the option to have a few 'hybrid' players that can train in the day with the academy and then with rest of part-timers on the evenings.
O’Neill a big loss this afternoon. Hopefully we can overcome it.
Has O’Neil been recalled by Wigan or is he injured?
Good half.
Let’s hope Jack’s error at the end doesn’t come back to bite us
