Yes I think we may be without Grady next week, which will be a loss

today we played well, a few basic errors probably cost us 2-tries, some decisions were debatable - cravens sin bin and their last try in particular

but we never stopped playing until the final whistle which is much better

We should have won that one, before the game I thought we would lose by a bigger margin but hey ho we are greatly improving, apparently some people on social media are having a go at the team, question for them...did you go the game because they did not deserve to lose

This Frenchman is disappointed and I might scout for some French flair. 😂 Time for some porn.

Compared to where we were about a month or so ago, it was again a mark of us being a more solid, competitive team.

3 moments cost us in particular IMO, firstly the bombed try on HT, add that to the howlers in attack we had at Featherstone.

Then the drop out which was an absolute joke of a decision, the ref didnt know and the touch judge didnt have the bottle to overrule or wasnt in a position  good enough to.

Finally, the ball strip on Wilde which set up the field position for the winning try...I felt we were running on empty then.

Overall, a good game and more positives, if not points...

It would be interesting to find out what the people on Our League thought of the controversial decisions, was there a better view on the tv?

Cravens sin binning, the drop out decision when it looked like it was a London player that knocked it dead and their last minute try, was he short, was it a double movement?

It wasn't a double movement, simple momentum took him over.

The big call that went against us was the drop out, which was a clear knock on by the London player.

The bombed chance on half-time cost us dearly. We can't keep bombing chances every week and expect not to get punished. It's a shame Tyrer missed the two kicks too, as he's usually so dependable and he has been one of the better players this season. In many ways, it's a shame he's not got another 10 years in him.

Was right infront of the final try, nothing wrong with the grounding.

Agree with the drop out, probably did come off Cross but the London player touched it forward first then it hit Cross, it was a knock on which cost us as they obviously scored off that set.

It's a tough one to take, we were never behind until the 78th minute, Tyrer hits the post after Lawton's try with the conversion and he'll convert Edge's try 9 times out of 10.

We have to take positives that London are a full time side, and we're starting to compete with sides towards those 3-6 positions on the ladder.  We continue to build and hopefully start learning how to close these games out.

Once again we did not get a level playing field from the officials. That last try was a double movement he grounded the ball before the line. It was also a forward pass.

Nothing wrong with it.

Very similar to one the Owens got early in the season but that ref said it was grounded and that momentum didn't count. Leon Price asked how the player was supposed to stop!

Does anyone know why Brad O'Neill didn't play?

In the League Express match report it says that "Jake Spedding and Brad O'Neill dropped out" of the team while Edge and Wilde came in.   No mention of why, injured, called back or just rested?   A response from the club might clear things up.

Spedding took a knock IIRC at Featherstone and we have options in the Backs unlike in the Forwards where it looked to me like Tilleke was not right.

Tilleke was only on for maybe 10 minutes. How long was Matt Cook on for?
