I am a season ticket holder and live out of town so couldn’t get down to the shop to get the reduced ticket price. Just tried buying online and because I’m a season ticket holder I don’t get the option of reduced ticket. This is a major failure by the club by penalising loyal fans, guess what I won’t be attending tomorrow.

Yes you can. Follow the instructions given on the club's notification when they posted this. I live out of town am a season ticket holder & I got the reduction so it does work.
If you are already registered there is no option for the discount. Myself and other members have tried, if it possible they have made it very difficult to comprehend and I don’t consider myself computer illiterate.

I’m a season ticket holder and already registered and got £5 off...

Just registered and bought mine. I was a bit worried at first as I couldn't figure out where the ticket was, but I found it in my spam folder. Anyone on gmail having problems check your spam box rather than your inbox.

I was already registered too & got the £5 off. There is a glitch on the system though as I also bought a ticket online for the Castleford game & did not get an e mail & was concerned how to get the ticket up to print off. I went back into ticketing on line & viewed my orders & both showed up so clicked on the appropriate ticket & then printed it. Both times as soon as paid the page shut down. Must be a small glitch in the system.
