The games I have been to this season Reilly for a lad of his size, he should be a handful for any pack in the Championship, but at times he looked the easiest player to tackle on the field.
The Bailey scenario is quite baffling hardly played since signing for us, maybe the coaching staff don’t rate him..?
@ralph-wiggum Bailey obviously has potential for us moving forward as a SemiPro club. Personally I’ve not seen enough of him to give an opinion but others have suggested he’s not quite at the level yet. Going out on loan to get a run of games at championship level is great for both player development and game fitness. This is something I and others suggested weeks ago. 👌
Looks like a re-start plan to change our squad quality and potential. AC, from his comments when he signed Bailey, can see promise in the lad but rushing the process can ruin it. Saints like youngsters who are on fire early but there aren't too many like that and Bailey wasn't showing enough early for them to retain him.
Maizen looks like he could generate more of a threat than we have managed for a while, which is encouraging. Have to wait and see what MacWhirter has to offer - hopefully someone will show him the players who have worn that 13 shirt before him to give him a boost!!!

Ralph there is, a regular Podcast with Flash and Mike Parsons with interviews and updates at the club. Basically Coleman needs players who will do it now and not project signings who are not quite ready at this level. He hasn't the experience at this level and if we want to get in the playoffs he isn't the answer. So that is the reason he has gone on loan to Hunslet so they can get updates on his progress and videos to watch of him. No offence to Bailey but Lawton has more experience and is a better player than Bailey at this moment in time.
Reilly signed for Sheffield, 2.5 year deal and in the squad for tomorrow against York.
The way I read it the club have the chance to sign someone now, obviously we are struggling with 1 win in 7. Reilly was going to Sheffield next season so we have thought lets let him go early to free up the wages to bring this new mystery player in.
We must be confident of getting him if we have already let Reilly go. At least the club are having a go, 5 players signed in the last 2 weeks including 2 Aussies that we have been asking for a while.
With Londons league position and young/weak squad, our current form of 1 win in 7 and bringing 5 new players in i really feel today is a must win if we have any aspirations of 6th place.
