A shame the people in charge of the club can't get the Council to give us a percentage of the money from the sales of beers, pies, crisps and other snacks and drinks. The Council get loads from the stadium, and a pity really they don't do more, because we could spend on players . The attendances we get are good in this division, and if we got promoted it would double with away support. Hopefully Pricey and the boys are looking at further marketing and business partners to come on board, and other incentives to raise further funds. The stronger we can be as a side it will just get the Town buzzing again, and  we be very proud of the team that represents the Town. 🥖🥖🥖🇫🇷👌👍

As a non drinker I've no idea how much a pint/bottle is at the match but, for example, if it was £4.50 and the council gave us 25% of the profits, it equates to around 38p on every one sold.

If we sell 2000 a game, which we don't, it would be £760 a game, it's hardly life changing.

The fact that we pay hardly any rent and have no upkeep costs far outweighs a bit of cash from matchday scran.

I don't remember the club making a fortune when they sold pints of beer in the old popular bar and pies from the snack shop.Maybe they did, perhaps that's how we signed Jonathan Davies.

£4 at 25% is a £1. Add a pie to that person then say 50p. 1.50 x 2000 =£3000 per game. So say 3k x 12 home games = £36000 for a season. Might not seem much but every penny counts at this level. That could buy 2 players part time at a good level or 1 quality player. Just that little extra could make a difference like the VIQI did to get that special player for the next level. If had that 36k probably get a few loan players rather than do without. The stronger the squad and team means more bums on seats. Sell even more £1.50 plus more ticket sales. 😂😂🇫🇷🥖🥖👍

Spot on about having no upkeep, add to that the stewarding and insurance then we are beter off not owning the ground.

Let's get fired up and get this club to the top of this league, and that helps with having more revenue than the other clubs in the league. Let's get marketing ourselves and sell the club even this mad French man is trying his best to get Pinkies to sponsor the club. 😂🥖🥖🥖🇫🇷🇫🇷👍

Are you a French politician ? 25% of £4 is £1 but what aout the actual cost to buy the bottle, the staff pay to serve it and the consumer bills ?.

Selling 2000 pies every week is about as likely as us winning the Challenge Cup, maybe even less so.

@pascal Profit on a pint is about 1/3 of the selling price so about £1.50 a pint, our split would be 25% of that so about 38p.

13 games a season would generate around £9880 on beer sales, we would do well to sign one average player for that.

we are obviously in a position where the board cannot stretch much further ! what if the board issued shares to replace the 2 directors that had left as Whitehaven are doing for £100 a share and the people who buy shares are invited to the agm and two were voted onto the board yearly by the share holders it would give us a voice on the board it would give the club much needed funds then we could all put our money where our mouths are and stop complaining!!500 uptake at £100 gives £50000 you could even add a renewal on but surely that would be better than giving it to the lamentable vips which is not going well ! Thoughts?

Looks like he can be recalled at any time after the first two weeks as well as not being able to play in the cup so they might not get much out of him anyhow.

Might be £9000 short to buy a player. Every penny counts in business 🇫🇷🥖🥖🍻🍻👍

Fired up any business man will count every penny. We have one of the best attendances in the league we should be aiming for top 4 every season not mid table. Get windmilling big boy. 😂😜🥖🥖🍻👍

Love your positivity mate we should look at every penny possible. People laughing at pie and beer sales, but 5k could just get a signing over the line. Any extra funds would get us up the table and more marketing in the Town. We as fans can market the club too.
