Without the rugby club what purpose does the stadium serve
It has a load of Council offices in it, has conferences/seminars in it. Home of Widnes FC, and would make prime building land if demolished.
WV are only a bit part player.

The best for Widnes RLFC to progress is to demolish the Stadium and build new houses. We get nowhere near 13.5k fans even in Super League. If i win the Euro Lottery a new 8k Stadium is sufficient, and this will only sell out in local Derbies if we are a half decent team in Super League. 🤣 👍
