Agree Gregson should not be in the 17.
What I’m sure is an unpopular on here… but Widnes have their best attacking shape when playing off Gregson taking the ball to the line at first receiver. We aren’t a side that can go through the middle of teams (Didn’t against Thatto even), hence his regular inclusion.
@rob2024 sorry rob I disagree on that every time we are in trouble in a game and need to move the ball he puts jj at loose to move the ball quicker never gregson
think owens will be in and we should use sambou in the centres really, so if Joe is fit he may end up on the wing (again) - but which winger gets the drop is harsh
regarding gregson, I have never been a fan - his distribution is slow and telegraphed , tackling is ok
mcwhirter and hall better at 13 - gregson bench at best
Should be a good game tomorrow and pretty tasty if Coleman gets the lads fired up! There’s plenty of reasons for wanting to win but no more then to rub it in that grub kilshaws face!

Fantastic effort off a short turnaround and rough game away in Cumbria
sounded exciting for the fans in attendance and we seemed to play some good rugby just couldn’t get over the line enough.
AL again poor ball handling, need to sharpen up on the penalties conceded
A really good win at Oldham. I did not agree with some selections but cannot criticise when they win a game like that. Well done Coleman & the team.
