I'm not sure I understand why we, as the lower ranked qualifier, get Newcastle and not London. If I was Doncaster, I'd be thinking this doesn't make sense.
Anyone thinking of staying overnight in Newcastle, be warned, the Great north run is on Sunday, and all the hotel prices have shot up. The cheapest I could find was £350 for 1 night, nearly all of them were over £400.😳
@geoffw Well the coach would say that, wouldn't he, to give them an excuse for getting beat. If Oldham had won they might have been facing London away in the next round but they would they would need to face London later anyway. And in any case if we had lost could Coleman not have said we had it at the back of our minds that losing would mean a home game against Sheffield?
We beat Oldham so are bumped up to 3rd seeds. If we beat Newcastle we will go to 2nd seed IIRC. James will confirm.
