Really disappointed with the Batley showing; one dimensional going forward and ended up getting bullied by the better team. Obviously, need more spark in the half's and if not, may struggle to make the play off.

Always excuses,hard luck stories and poor referees but that's the top and bottom of it,simply not good enough.Craven and Owens need to be shown the door at the end of the season, I'm afraid.They've been around the club for a long,long time and find it harder to get out of the team than to get in it.They are struggling even at this level.

Wish him a recovery but never rated him as an attacking player. We need rid of him, Craven, Owens, Tilleke, Lyons, Holroyde and Brookes for starters. Hopefully Grady is back soon and Jones might be okay if can keep for the season.

@pascal I’d have to agree with letting those players go at seasons end, no point paying players in the hopes they come good. We aren’t financially in the position to do that these days

Nothing against the players I just want my team to be the best it can be mate. Craven is good when plays, but we need consistent halfbacks and top teams have durable ones or decent back ups. We can't afford passengers and a good solid Aussie with Gilmore be nice. Concerns me more niggly injuries than just a one off injury like Gilmore. Fingers crossed he stays fit.

Been saying the same thing, lets not forget these are paid a full time wage, how they managed to get that shows the management have no clue about running the club.
@pascal Going on Gilmore's injury record throughout his career I fear he could well suffer another one at any time. It is ironical that during his 2 years at Batley he hardly missed a game.
