Posted on the clubs twitter, anyone got any ideas
Kieran Taylor, from Crusaders.
Nathan Connol Salford FB
@d-day He can play wing also, considering Williams has retired we will see
Not a very good start to our recruitment, a young centre from North Wales. Hopefully just signed as a squad player
@farnworth-viking Wasn’t our recruitment started by signing an ex England international?
Never heard of Taylor, but he’s getting great reviews from coaches & players involved with Crusaders.
Talking to a good friend that played alongside Kieran last season ...and I quote "unbelievable player ...very powerful and explosive ...could easily go full time and absolutely will play at the top of the game ..you've made a top signing there " ..... His coach is on FB saying how good he is .... Much rather have a young one in the way up than a well known one on the way down ...
@viking25 looks like you knew something we didn’t mate. Hopefully turns out to be a good signing for us
Never heard of him. How many games played for North Wales Crusaders and what position because says back row or center. Suppose North Wales fans are better to judge than us.
Sounds promising. However we've heard these good reviews before when signing a player from the third division.Cameron Brown for example, who lasted a month or so.
Well listed as primarily second row/centre he must have some pace and size at least. His fellow players and coaches respect him which doesn't come easy. Looks as if he might be Rhodri Mk 2!!!!!
I can remember the appearance of Currier and Wright and there were many who had never heard of them, but they didn't do too bad!
@sandgroper Just had a look, of his 66 games for Crusaders he's played 60 at centre of 6 in the 2nd row. He was squad number 3 for them last season, so much more of a centre.
21 players in the squad now, for me that leaves us needing 2 props, 2 second rows and a winger taking us to 26 players.
