@cumbria-viking they never learn yet okoro from wire just signed for fax so players are there we just ignore and sign projects who will leave or he won't play them there is no planning to our recruitment at all year after year same mistake made very underwhelming transfer season for us
If I'm being cynical I'd say we've spaffed a large chunk of the budget on one player that will almost certainly have a SL clause and will almost certainly be on his bike the moment he hits any previous form ....that is officially the 26 man squad ..unless they've changed their mind we're done ....not quite sure how even the most ardent happy clapper fan can honestly think we'll even be close to top 6 let alone anything else ..here's to another season of benty being brilliant in defence and getting splattered every ball carry at prop
@cumbria-viking but there is no logic to it ? We have re-signed injury prone players who haven't got through a season langtree ,hall and instead of building a strong squad to counteract that we sign "projects " that we know Coleman won't play ala last season?!
surely don't sign the projects pool that money into a good starting prop and use the new loan system to bulk the squad for injuries?!
It’s like the start of last year - we signed Cameron brown, Brett Bailey and a back from Wigan - none of which played a game and we released them

@vikingfox71 I just give up trying to work them out ..personally think Nathan connell has a decent chance of breaking in and maybe Kieran Taylor ...don't know anything of the other two other than wire released one ..and the other couldn't get a game at cru until dallimore got injured

if I was Murray I'd be furious coz he carries us constantly
