Walker is 15stone according to Wiki so not such as big prop! Grady outweighs him by a stone!
Could be Samy Kibula - bigger for sure!
No more rumours will follow, hopefully!!!!
Seriously? this a a forum that thrives on rumours and you just posted one yourself.
@mick-george Missed 'doubt' out (as in no doubt rumours will follow!!!) clerical error!
Comments about Lyons sound like Gilmore over again - he wasn't good enough until he had a couple of years behind a workmanlike pack!
Now, according to some, he is a potential saviour!
JK already close to getting 2 players on board for next year that want to play for him - a centre and front rower. Good players, worked with him before.
Wouldn't surprise me if this is Rhys Evans and Anthony Walker from the Bulls. You will see an influx of Welsh players too.

Rhys Evans is the centre that I mentioned.

Very good in defence but don't offer much in attack but that's the way JK coaches. Defence is best form of attack. Rhys Evans is currently out injured, happens on a yearly basis that he misses 8-10 weeks.
Sounds right up our street, signing players who are out injured for lengthy spells.

Actually thats incorrect The best form of defence is attack that's why Bradford where useless under Kear.
As for Rhys Evans oh my good god hope that isn't gonna be the standard of signings.
@richard-richard It is just a matter of opinions and not worth dragging up the merits or otherwise of Gilmore. He had a torrid time here with injuries, which does seem to be a pattern with Widnes, but has played well and kept injury free, as far as I am aware, at other clubs since he left. He is unlikely to want to return to Widnes in any event, as he is in a better team with more chance of a top 6 finish and also faced a torrent of abuse on this site from a few posters when he was here.
So we have had a few rumours of signings - Amor "past it"; Walker "not big enough"; Rhys Evans "not good enough". There will always be those who know better than anyone else and not afraid to post their negative views on here constantly. There will be some posters shouting for a mass culling of the current squad, but never satisfied with any signings who are brought in to replace them. That is their right to express an opinion.
I hope that Kear, with his experience, will bring in players who he believes will strengthen the squad next year; and offload any that he does not consider add any value to the squad. Hopefully, under Kear, we will be in a better position in the rest of this season and more importantly, next season. Give the bloke - and the players - a chance to turn the season around.
