@mt A few years back there was a saying in marketing that, for a customer, that once they’d had one bad experience it took seven good ones to take away the thoughts of the bad one. Sadly, you have to ask when was the last time we strung seven good games together.

Mmmm, maybe around 1990! Hopefully in sport the equation is slightly different and two or three good performances can make a difference.
