Like the cas game, we’ve knocked at least 500 off the actual crowd. There’s no way that the south stand , which holds 3,700 was less than a 1/3 full..

I was in block D which is one of the middle blocks and it was half empty so looked right to me. How's Deon Cross's hamstring? Any updates as he looks a good player with ball in hand.

Didn't get a mention in the Sheens after game interview on youtube. Which would make you think it's nothing serious. Hoping so anyway.

Not this load of old coal again. The capacity of the South stand isn't 3700, that's the North. The South is smaller at around 2800.

  1. According to the stadium website the capacity for the north stand is 4181, south stand 3747, east stand 2443   and the west stand 3022, totalling 13,393.

The official figures will probably have included a few like me, who bought a ticket but didn’t/couldn’t make it to the match.

1200 is absolutely fine for a friendly....especially against a 3rd Div Team,

Of more interest to me is the Batley attendance, smallish away support, opening game of the season at home, be disappointed if it wasn't 3700 at least...

I’d be disappointed if it’s not 4,000 +!

A good win against Oldham should add a few too

Cross was holding his hamstring for a few minutes before he came off. He was asked about it when another player was getting subbed but appeared to say he was ok and stayed on for another couple of minutes. Really in a friendly should have come off straight away as a precaution.

I agree- be interesting to see if the crowds hold up to last year's levels, seem to remember in 2010 for example we averaged under 3000 after we ticked the box and finished 5th in the league....
