@sunny Yes, this will all disappear very quickly but no doubt someone posting something daft on Facebook in the next few weeks will lead to an 18 month jail term.
The judge should be punished for his weak U-turn. During the trial he said it was impossible to avoid jail after doing someone on floor with no sign of stopping & having to be stopped by the public, but then days later suspends it.
Weak as hell, and shows yet again that the judicial process is flawed in so many ways.
Is this also now a precedent for others (who are not famous) who commit this crime to claim they only deserve community service?
