Raab, Patel and Williamson are the worst ministers the country has ever had. That they’re all in the same cabinet is a statistical phenomenon. Mind you, when Johnson’s your PM I suppose anything is possible.

Good to see Williamson sacked and Raab demoted. Amazingly, Patel keeps her job, a minster who has encouraged work-place bullying, accused anti-racism knee-taking footballers of playing 'gesture politics', been the first Home Secretary not privy to security intelligence due to a non-trust issue, presided over record numbers of illegal migrants despite using rabble-rousing rhetoric in the right-wing press, cosied up to human-rights abusing Bahrain in unsanctioned meetings, voted against the same-sex marriage bill and more. What an achiever.

And yet the Left are so squeeky clean, no? 🤔

Patel gets more abuse than any other politician in Westminster, most of it criminal.

Yet, she takes it on the chin and keeps going.

Somebody points out to Diane Abbott that she's actually wrong to tweet that Sasha Johnson was shot for her racial & political beliefs, and they're labelled racist by the Corbyn Cult 🤔

Let's also not forget that current Labour MP John McDonnell is also a fully paid up member of the British Communist Party.

And when has Communism EVER been a good thing? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Bit of an indictment of Patel that, rather than laud over any achievements she might have you choose to bring up political has-beens to make a point. That said, I don't blame you, there are no achievements of Patel's to laud over, she has an appalling record and is a completely ineffective minister. And she's not the only one.

You do realise those political "has beens" ARE the reason why Labour are currently unelectable...???

No, of course you don't... 🤦🤦🤦

Despite all the bad publicity Boris and Co have had, I reckon if there was a general election tomorrow, we'd be destroyed.

The Labour Party is not in a good place at present, and sadly lacking in personalities. As I've said before, Starmer appears to have had a charisma by-pass, which is hardly ideal for a leader.

The way Cummings and Hancock acted was deplorable, but yet Labour's image didn't seem to rise on the back of it.

In the Chesham by-election, we polled less votes than there are are party members in the constituency, and only scraped home in the Batley one, despite the candidate being Jo Cox's sister.

Spelly.
