Spoke to my mate at Oldham, and he sorted his trip on Tuesday, but now there's no game!

Yes saw the interview with the Oldham chairman, he was saying he couldn’t get any details off the Spanish, they just wanted him to say they’d play, and if it didn’t take place Oldham would have to pay all the costs.
The re-arranged game at Wheldon Road has now also been cancelled, so it'll now not be played at all!
My mate flies out to Benidorm tomorrow, and I spoke to him earlier with him saying "At least now, I'll not miss it."
So it looks like they'll heading into the opener at Pinks tomorrow week, friendly-less.
