.................. Sylvain Houles, what sort of a team would you send to 'Haven on Saturday?
Olympique are guaranteed second spot, regardless of the result at the Rec, with the play-offs, and the carrot of playing SL football next term awaiting, so..................
Will he select the kids to avoid the poss of star players getting a knock, and being unavailable for the business end of the campaign?
If I was in his position, that's what I'd do, but............
Selfishly wearing my Swinton hat, I hope his strongest team take the field!
Spelly.
I would rest key players without doubt but not rest the whole first team.
A few weeks ago I thought you would stay up at the expense of Keighley but they have produced the odd win.
Sorry but I cannot see you winning at Fax.
I think he will rest a few. Toulouse may still win but I wouldn’t expect a cricket score. Your best hope is that London smarting from their recent defeat turn it on against Keighley and rack up the points.

Depending on the team Houles selects, I'd say that 'Haven have the least difficult fixture.
York can still get into the six, so hopefully they can do the biz up at CP, coz whilst it's unlikely Barrow could still go down, if the other trio in the mix come up with wins, and they duck, Cornwall awaits 'em.
'Fax are also on the fringe of the play-offs, so I'm expecting zero favours off 'em at the Shay, and............
The Broncos will be stinging from the weekend, and could well put plenty past the Cougars.
Yeah, we're relying on other results to go our way, and it's gonna be a(nother) nervy eighty minutes come Sunday!
COME ON YOU LIONS!!!!
Spelly.
Jake Shorrocks reportedly broke his jaw in the Fev game. Their other half back Josh Ralph (their best player imo) hasn't played for several weeks though apparently has been fit for a while, not sure if he will come back this weekend.
Dom Peyroux reportedly broke his hand 2 weeks ago and Harrison Hansen also missed the Fev game (might have been for HIA, he had a big scar on his head the previous week). Take those 3 or 4 out and they are an okay team rather than a really good one, they had a tough game against Fev in 30 degree heat and this is a meaningless game for them.
They might still be good enough but if they are left with, say, Brochon and Marion at half back they might struggle.
Well credit to Houles for respecting the comp!
He's announced a strong looking squad for the game.
Merci bien mon ami!
