Everybody seems to think it will be damage limitation on Sunday at Belle Vue, but let's not forget, we should have beaten them in the home game, and maybe if we put our minds to it, we may pull off a shock.
It's a tough ask to win all your home games, let's be the team that upsets their applecart.

Probably the only one of few optimistic mate. I just hope an improvement in composure and a better completion rate. Then hopefully a good enough performance to have a crack at beating Sheffield the week later.
Don’t have much optimism for any points Sunday. I’d just like the lads to go out there throw the ball around a bit try some new things see what results they can get from it.
Quite right Paulie take it to them , we were close at home and in the end they needed that final whistle
we are a bit thin on the ground though but onwards and upwards
Play the loanees, damage limitation.
Selection will be interesting - with fozzard out, will Johnstone have to play the whole 80 at 9 ?
jack has been used as interchange but we would really need Roby on the bench for that
shane on the bench as well .
owens,ince,Fleming,wire chap, butt,Lyons,Gilmore,Murray,Johnstone,Kirk,Wilde,lannon,roberts
brooks/bailey,grady,green ,roby/tryer/ bent
thoughts ?
The best chance is game management. Cover Gilly well and replay the Haven game tactics - boring maybe but makes Wakey earn everything!
Let's get stuck into them, obviously without intentionally try to deliberately injure any of them, and at least make a contest of it.
Last 10 minutes conceding the last 2 tries was annoying- game panned out as you feared with the full time fitness seeing us off- especially with us giving penalties away. Not an absolute hammering and I still think the Hull KR team, our team and the Cas team from 2006/7 were better Championship sides than this Trinity team.
Next 4 games all winnable and top 6 very much in our own hands. We need to win against Sheffield which will drag them closer to us too. Could do with a couple of returnees too next week.
@cj91 Could do with more than 1 or 2 returning. Unlikely Lannon will play due to a head knock. We also lost Nathan Wilde in first half. We need to sign big forwards fpr next year. Unfortunately we tend to sign small players. The last 6 seasons we have started reasonably then fold as our smaller players tire as season progresses & get beat up by their bigger opponents.

Agree think we would know being in the Championship for so long. A few big props added with Kirk and Murray we could do well. Max Roberts I do like him but not a big 2nd rower.
Heard that one before.Bogey team Sheffield next up and I'll be surprised if we win.Next 4 games all winnable and top 6 very much in our own hands.
@sinbad Usually I'd agree with you but Aston is currently suspended and they have had a bit of a wobble too.
Apparently Lloyd and Fozard should be fit for next week, hope so anyway.
Thought we played well today, especially with Fozzard and Sam Wilde missing, with 20 minutes to go we were only 6 behind, then as has been said, their fitness told and we missed a few tackles to give them some soft tries.
Shane Grady played well, considering he hasn’t played for a year, and played 70 minutes without going off.
Looking at the remaining fixtures I think the top 6 is wide open, but we could do with beating Sheffield next week. If we do we’re only 1 point behind them and would go ahead of Bradford if they lose a tricky match at Doncaster.
That handicappers gave Widnes 24 in....Ha, what do they know?
