Sell out on Sunday?

Great test for us on Sunday.

We've shown improvement in recent games, and should have beaten Featherstone last week.  London are a full time team but far from convinced by them.

A win would be a great result to get us climbing.

Seen Craven had a story up on Instagram this last week from St Helens hospital. Looked like he hurt his shoulder towards the end hopefully nothing serious

Not a big secret - truthful answer.

ST holders had until 5pm yesterday to book seats - the club would then know how many tickets would be ‘available’ - but due to social distancing the number ‘on sale’ could vary.
For example, if someone particularly wanted to sit in a certain block due to friends/family members being in there or later arrival time etc. yet there are only seat groupings of say 3 left in that block. If this person was to select/buy one seat, then the other 2 automatically become unavailable.

So no conspiracy theory -  just the same as everything else during this pandemic, new and uncertain circumstances that nobody can give a straight answer to…

I just needed a bit of patience, and have now got tickets for Sunday.  Wasn't really that difficult.

Looking forward to great effort from the team, and a forty point win.😁

Never thought I'd say this but where's our drummer!!!!

He was an important part of getting the crowd effort together, and it is missed.

I certainly don't want a version of the Headingley band with a monotonous thumping throughout the game, but some lead for WTID etc would be great!

Have season ticket holders received their tickets for Sunday yet?

The bubble that I’m in all received tickets for the first three games at the same time, in the same seats for each game.

I printed them off on my lap top.

Tickets still on general sale, asi mentioned in another thread this game should have been moved. Plenty of people who may have otherwise attended will be soaking up the sun in beer gardens watching the England game.

Can’t believe this game will clash with the England match. How many fans are going to choice a pub and the England match over Widnes vs London.

The game could have been played  yesterday.

They are probably the ones who moan chronic about not being able to get to buy tickets to watch Widnes. Widnes when it suits.

But that is their right to only watch Widnes when it “suits”. Widnes are not in the position to demand absolutely loyalty from fans or to completely disregard fans who may choice to watch their national team play in a tournament that only comes around every few years.

Just like when Liverpool play United, our matches should be changed to avoid a clash and we treat every potential as an order winner and shouldn’t be so pig-headed believing only “real” fans turn up even when England are playing.

It’s a balancing act. The majority of fans may like 3pm on a Sunday regardless, chopping and changing may lose that core support favouring the floaters

I think clashing with England in a tournament should have been looked at, but not run of the mill Premier League fixtures

Sorry but why should Widnes mess about with fixture times just because some people want to watch a tv game. Answers on a postcard.
