Well I did manage to predict a score of over fifty and really happy the crowd exceeded my estimate, and i never won the golden gamble.!!!
A really fine day in the sun and totally enjoyed the excellent rugby on show with Connell and Roberts standing out for me but anyone of the team could have won the mom. 👍🏉

Not sure of the crowd as that *’new’ tannoy system is crap

halton council need to get their money back on that

i reckon is was about 2500

also it shows what a farce the league set up is - we don’t play Rochdale or swinton but others do, racking up big scores, and when it comes to it final league platings May be decided by points difference !

I think they announced 2,450 or 90

A good crowd considering it doesn’t include season ticket holders who didn’t go, like league games.

Hopefully we’ll have a decent goal kicker next week. Can’t understand why Foz started taking/missing the kicks , when we had 3 other regular kickers on the pitch.

It hasn’t mattered in the last 2 matches, but it could against Oldham in a fortnight.

Weve got good cover for most positions now, and that should make current players wanting to play well, knowing there’s a player waiting to take their position if they have a bad game.

Great performance we look very well drilled and the pack is outstanding at moment

I can't believe I'm saying this but can we really move Jack from stand off as we flow and playing great football with great movement and I think he'll be unlucky to be moved

100% re; The Captain. You can't buy what is in Jack & Gilly's grey matter. They have played together since they could pick a ball up in Ditton. They are Coleman's Generals over the whitewash, and its no surprise the upturn in team performance since JO returned from being left out, a few months ago. But you all know that, don't you?

@pauliewalnuts I think the way the team is flowing and the structure is the best I've seen in a long while

it helps with the pack all off them working as a aggressive unit putting us on the front foot

Great win and he has a good squad now. Love to keep Billington he gives some size in the pack which helps. Jack Owens best position is centre, but I did not go today to comment. He gets exposed at full back because not great under the high ball. Seems like a good performance, but the league structure is a joke when you see Newcastle  fixtures against the lower end teams, which helps there points difference. Hopefully Richardson comes in because in tight games we will need a 80 to 90% kicker. Anyway on a positive I feel we have a good team just a few tweaks and the feel good factor is here.

The team seem to have clicked and we are scoring points and long range tries rather than grinding out wins. I said before we should be putting points on the League 1 sides.

If you contrast earlier scorlines vs North Wales, Workington, Hunslet and Dewsbury to recent results over Dewsbury, Halifax and Rochdale we have strarted to score points, like our rivals for the points difference in the top 6.

What I will say though, Owens has been great at stand off in the last 2 games but I would put him back at centre and play Richardson for the games vs Oldham, Doncaster, Barrow and Sheffield. Its a different ball game going from ex league 1 sides to top 6 Championship sides. But to score 46 - 0 and 52 - 0 you cant ask for more.

Another good win and another good team performance.

Some bigger tests coming up now over the next few weeks so we will be able to see just how good we are then.

Love Rugby League podcast reporting the final will either be played in Warrington… or wait for it, London!

Be an absolute farce if it’s down there.

It wouldn't really surprise me - anything to give London an advantage.

They will probably be asked to select the Referee and TJs they want as well as the venue.
