I purchased a hoodie from the online store and paid through PayPal. I never received an email from them about it or received the hoodie. Anybody else had these problems? I don’t know who I should contact at the club regarding this, anyone know who I can email?

The club wont email you back, I sent an email over a week ago and have no response.

They may have run out of your size MckV. The 2023 stock is being sold off cheap to make room for the new Ellgren merch.

Donna Edge & Lena Hough run the shop on the market, but I don't know the number to call. If I get down there later in the week I'll ask for you.

@pauliewalnuts I appreciate the offer. So is the online orders just the market staff boxing them and posting them out? It was a hoodie for my sister who lives in wales. I never got a confirmation email from the club but I have been charged for the item

So without a response from my email I called the office number and the chairman answered. We had a 20-30 minute conversation and he came across a real genuine and nice bloke. His hearts definitely in the right place, we spoke about several different matters regarding the club and I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me regarding my issue. The club definitely needs as much support as it can get from the town as  I got the impression it’s getting harder to compete even at this level.
