What’s the sketch with the tickets? Just buy them off Oldham for boundary park and use at bower fold?

@steelviking More for Bower Fold re; % of capacity, but the facilities ie. media room, car parking etc etc etc, will be no where as good as BP.

So far this season we’ve won games we ought to win and lost games we ought to lose. This is - on paper - the tightest match up we’ve had so far and will inform us more about where we are.

1 full time Championship side that will finish top.

1 amateur team

2 teams that last year played in League 1.

This is the first game against a side similar to ourselves in that they are a Championship side aiming for the play offs. It will be interesting to see where we are up to before we face the likes of Sheffield, Doncaster and Batley.

Fair point, but do you really think Oldham are similar to ourselves ?

i think we have a great chance of turning them over - but I am always a glass half full !

I missed Barrow off the list of Championship teams, they are going well.

I would group us with Oldham yes, with no York, Toulouse, Bradford, Featherstone or Halifax and a weak Salford side I would put us, Oldham, Barrow, Doncaster, Sheffield and possibly Batley in a mini group. Oldham have spent more than us, but given the above are no longer in the league and London are full time and have already beaten both of us. Oldham only finished 4th last season and I wouldn't say the squad they have this year is any stronger than last seasons.
