@pauliewalnuts

playing in front of small crowds in a massive stadium does not make for a good atmosphere, if you want to play at Wembley do it at 3 o’clock in the morning ( my opinion only )

@7-vikingnomad We might as well play at 3am. The 1895 should be a pre-curser to the MAIN event. (In my opinion) But then again, I don't think the CC should be at Wembley anymore.

Might as well go back to NRC style at Blackpool if that’s the case

@pauliewalnuts A couple of lads I work with went to Spurs a couple of seasons ago and said it was far better than Wembley!

Been sent, from another forum, a proposed fixture list and we would be playing Barrow, Dewsbury, Doncaster, Featherstone, Halifax, Hunslet, London, Crusaders, Oldham, Salford, Sheffield and Workington as our home and away.

Not sure that could be described as a balanced fixture list!

I enjoyed our NRC victories at Blackpool, stayed over on the Saturday night and made a weekend of it. Sadly I don't think Championship RL has the crowds anymore to justify it. Warrington would be a decent stadium or Leigh. I would prefer the Championship to have its own day rather than playing at an empty Wembley too late in the day.
