The word on the Lane today was that the incoming player has been held back, due to another player at his club being investigated for inappropriate 'verbals'.
It was only what I heard on the South Stand Grapevine, which means it could be a load of 'doggie'.

interesting comment - could it be a salfraud player ?
but we must have saved a few bob by now, releasing as many as we have with only 2 replacements
not holding my breath though - probably limp through the rest of the season and May scrape 6th

That's going to be Oldham then you'd think...from the RFL website a couple of weeks ago
Zane Musgrove, now of Oldham, has been charged with using Unacceptable Language after the Betfred Challenge Cup Semi Final on May 11, when he was playing for Warrington Wolves.
Well that's going to go down well if it's a player from Oldham who plays the same position as Musgrove. 🤣
It’s got to be a dire player - now they have nicked another salfraud player they need to free up their wage bill
could it be an ex Widnes player returning ?
Or ratchford
@berkeleyviking Wire have let 2 go to Salford and Musgrove to Oldham so dont need to release anyone. My guess is Farnworth from Oldham seen as we have released 2 props. Would be an ok signing but think we should look forward.
Props generally improve with age, so might Farnworth, but Oldham maybe can't wait and would rather spend on ready made players.
