The rumour seems to be Barrow are tipped to be ahead of London, but not sure how that can be.

Barrow are the classic example of 'They play in a dump, but it's their dump' all revenue on matchdays is theirs and not the Councils. They bring out the picnic tables at full time, onto the pitch, put the football on the big screen/scoreboard, and encourage the locals to stay as long as possible. Their Foundation generates a small fortune for the Women's/LDRL teams etc. And they've done okay on the pitch.

Cumbrian Viking will probably even add to this list.

We must be 18th (4th in the Championship).

"Barrow Raiders are the highest-ranked Championship club in 15th and Grand Final winners London Broncos moved up to 16th.

Doncaster RLFC made the second-highest year-on-year gain, improving by +1.36 points and climbing from 23rd to 17th after facing London in Sunday's title decider, while Widnes Vikings also claimed Grade B status."

Yet another disappointing IMG grade.

18th is terrible.

All the talk from the club on how they’re ambitious and eventually want Super League, yet there’s nothing to back it up

We are 18th, just behind Doncaster, our score was 9.39 last year but I think there have been changes in the grading. We were 19th last year, so effectively we have gone up one place.

Interestingly, London came 16th.

Full scores below

1. Wakefield Trinity – A – 17.85

2. Leeds Rhinos – A – 17.03

3. Warrington Wolves – A – 16.72

4. Wigan Warriors – A – 16.46

5. Hull KR – A – 16.45

6. Leigh Leopards – A – 16.31

7. St Helens – A – 15.59

8. Castleford Tigers – A – 15.03

9. Catalans Dragons – B – 14.83

10. Hull FC – B – 14.72

11. Bradford Bulls – B – 13.93

12. Huddersfield Giants – B – 13.50

13. Toulouse Olympique – B – 13.44

14. York Knights – B – 13.24

15. Barrow Raiders – B – 9.85

16. London Broncos – B – 9.77

17. Doncaster – B – 9.21

18. Widnes Vikings – B – 9.11

19. Sheffield Eagles – B – 7.85

20. Oldham – C – 7.22

21. Batley Bulldogs – C – 7.03

22. Hunslet – C – 6.64

23. Salford RLFC* – C – 5.71

24. Rochdale Hornets – C – 5.12

I'd be interested to see a breakdown of the scores for Hudds, Bradford, York, Cats and Toulouse.

So 1-14 are the current SL clubs, with Barrow in at 15th, and Lockyer's Lads just below 'em eh?

So what's next?

The Craven Parkers in tier one come 2027, over the Broncos? Vice-versa? SL to remain at fourteen, and ignore 'em both?

Answers on a postcard to the RFL please.

Wakey top of tree! It's not that long ago when they meeting your mob, and mine in league football, out of a venue that was by far from pristine. But it's a just reward in my opinion for what they've done since then. Belle Vue defo needed an upgrade, but it now looks really smart, with their exploits on the park culminating at OT last Saturday evening.

Spelly.

Only just noticed Castleford got an A. You've got to be kidding. Loyal fans but everything else about the club is a basket case.

Disappointing but are we surprised at the ridiculous amateurism from SL/RFL blowing the smoke up our arses for IMG points? And then to (allegedly) parachute London into SL as the 15th team with all the ball ache that that will entail (bye rounds, skewed fixtures, magic weekend, etc.).

I met old mates from uni at the weekend (few Union fans) and they were just chuckling at how crunchie RL is at getting the structures right (although WRU has no room to talk given their regional shambles).

Let’s just get on with it and we have to ensure that Widnes is at the top of the queue if Super Duper League (ever?) comes knocking.

The Stadium is an albatross around the neck of the club...The ultimate dream would be to move to an 8000 seat Stadium where we would benefit from the sale of food and beverages and utilize the ground for events outside of the Rugby team...All we need now is a spare Simon Moran to bring the dream to fruition 🙏
