And we are not even making a half decent fist of it.

I'd be surprised if anyone on here has the 'foggiest' what the Club's finances are, what goes through John Kear's head, what makes players make wrong decisions during a game, what knocks players are carrying, week to week, but play when they shouldn't to help out their mates. There has been a clamour on here for 2/4/6 big props for as long as I can remember. Sadly, probably due to geographical reasons, getting them in is difficult. Don't forget, these players are part-time, they work during the day. After working all day would anyone want to travel from far and wide for training on Mon, Wed, Fri night? We await a PropsRus Superstore to open nearby, but it will never happen.
So come on Lads, how much is in the coffers for recruitment? Who is available to come in and play at 8 or 10? Give the Club your vast experience and knowledge, because apparently nobody in Lowerhouse Lane have a clue where to look, and are skint, yet a good few on here seem to know more than those in charge.
I don't know the answers.

If there is no money in the coffers Paulie then we are in real trouble, we have saved on 3 lots of wages so that equates to spare cash. There is a problem at the club and it is between the coach and the players due to the coaches tactics that I do know. Geographical reasons is just an excuse just look at Gilmore for example. It's not up to the fans to recruit that is down to the club, alot of clubs are getting good additions throughout the season why not us, well it's because the coach thinks we don't need anybody, his words in his post match interview with James. Its not as if we need players now we needed them from day 1 when there was more of a chance of good recruitment, also why the hell have we got full timers when we are part time is another example of bad management and a waste of resources. To malke thins worse we employ joe bloggs from Oldham instead of recruiting Lord Sugar would cringe this.
Well obviously no one has a clue at the club as Riley dean has gone on loan to castleford yet we are crying out for a creative half back and he's all the way from Warrington obviously too far for us to search !!! He was available at warrington has played in championships this season and we did nothing so another season of hard luck stories and expecting us to but season tickets for next year when we have proved these players aren't good enough for a decent championship season
Does anyone know if Jack Owens or Danny Craven have done their coaching courses, because I was just wondering if , (with the faith the club has in them ) we might see a Jack and Danny as coach.
I don't know where people dream up these ideas.Owens or Craven as coach ? Or both of them together with one as assistant ?Just like that,without any experience.
Kear's got loads of experience and people want him out.
Perhaps we should put that on the person spec when we put the job on indeed.co.uk, "must have experience, but not too much..."
