Be interesting if a few players change their mind after seeing Oldham lose again today. Danny Craven I have always rated, but unfortunately don't know how many games a season he will play. If we get a new halfback I hope get a decent one who is robust. We need to get in the playoffs, as will be some extra money for the club to build for next season.

As I’ve said previously. The lads who are leaving want to play for Widnes but, Widnes don’t want them. I don’t think they can get out of a contract unless they’ve signed a contract that is conditional on Oldham getting into the championship.

Can’t we just say WELL DONE on a great victory away at Halifax. Listened to the game from behind the couch, a great advertisement for the Championship and well done to Ince for his MOTM. First time Gilmore and Craven have played together and proved a solid partnership and maybe lost a few for next weeks four pointer against Batley👍👍
my initial post was not intended to be complaining about winning. I was happy and impressed with the win. It’s simply a point that it is so frustrating when the team can show strong defence and play like a team the results it can get.
