Scored some nice tries, the one with the chip kicks towards the end of the first half being a highlight.
Did the points difference a lot of good as well. Nice to see the ball thrown about more, so fair play.
Won 7 out of 10 in the League but due to the stupid system are 7th.
Looking at the rest of the scores in the League today, only a couple of close games- imagine having 2 leagues with home and away fixtures!
Crowd a couple of hundred down on what I thought would be- next week will be worse as we are playing at the same time as Man Utd Liverpool....
Maybe with 3 home games in June they can do some sort of deal to boost attendances...
Let’s be realistic, we are not going to win this league - fact
every win is a success, let’s enjoy each one
we have some hard games coming , Sheffield will not be a pushover given their big pack
also I reckon the Newcastle game will be a tough one, depending on how many York players they have
just enjoy the ride

Very fair comment. If fans of any sports saw winning silverware as the only yardstick as to why they watch their team then 95% of them would be permanently disappointed. Nothing wrong with expecting a decent level of performance but lifting trophies isn’t the only measure of success.
It was a really good game to watch, some fine performances. Joe Edge was like prime Greg Inglis!
A nice day as well, shame there weren't more people there. As mentioned, will be worse next week. Felt like an age since the last game. No home league games for 5 weeks after next week, due to the mental fixture system.
@scouseviking55 Great performance, really enjoyable game to watch. Abdul was man of the match in his game. Hope to see him back in a Widnes shirt when Hayes goes.

The fixture list is another example of the RFL being a governing/managing/regulating body that doesn't seem to care about the Championship.
