Well we have a short term loan at fb - that could have been brown, but he obviously prefers clubs nearer the coast
We have brought in a young lad from Wigan on a short term loan to play full back with Owens injured. Also we have only been able to name a 20 man squad with a loan player, a dual reg and a trialist. Yet Brown who is s full back leaves for personal reasons and signs for Whitehaven virtually the next day and is in contention to play at the weekend.
Obviously just didn't work out, but with the size of the squad and the injury situation we could have done with him.
My worry for the Warrington game is obviously we will have no dual reg for that game, but also we won't get loans from the likes of Wigan and Leigh as players will be cup tied. Currently we are down to 18 players. We need to hope for no injuries vs Sheff, Hunslet and Batley and hope we get 3 or 4 players back at the same time.
Yes but Kirk will be back and hopefully roberts, edge and ince, so only missing Johnstone and Owens ?
Only JJ and Owens out long term. Edge only out a few weeks and just precaution after his operation with the groin. Do not want to rush him back too soon for it to be made worse. Bailey any update on how long he is out for as i am sure he is available soon. We all know short of a centre and 1 extra fullback, but luckily a few players versatile.
@begg What's Owens injury? Also Lewis Hall, any updates on his ankle as looked painful.
