@mckviking Coleman has said in an interview with James "were looking" ...as we "were looking" before we let Bibby leave ....so I wouldn't hold your breathe on any incoming replacement...history tells us "were looking" is just a generic quote to appease fans but means nothing ...he clearly sees McWhirter and Lawton as props and that's how we'll be for the very foreseeable...even if we lose any props through injury he'll probably put max Roberts or Liam bent in their before "were looking" materialises into a two week loan for a wire player ....

We are a PT club but I believe with some investment we could really kick on, my main concern is anything lower than 2nd is not good enough this season. It’s a business and we need to be the next club behind London knocking on the super league door
Nobody seriously expects a transfer fee,just that Widnes are in a position to tell clubs that they will have to wait til next year for a contracted player they want to sign.
Why is it always about the player and his next club and what they want? How about our own needs,first ?
Successful and ambitious clubs strengthen when there in a position of strength....we do the polar opposite...we get in a position of strength and weaken the squad ...and the annoying thing is we just instantly cave in when a player isn't happy ...how about the club says "we'll let you go as soon as there's a replacement" instead of spewing nonsense about "looking" ....Ramon Silva is available...better middle than Bibby but apparently he's asking too much...but we had plenty in the coffers when we made moves for Matt dufty and Cesar rouge ...

when you say doing a lannon - if irc he stopped training and was unavailable for games - as I posted at the time, surely that was a breach of contract, we should have said no pay until you come back to training otherwise we keep your registration until the end of the season - bite them in the wallet, because that’s all it’s about with the nomadic players
