@richard-richard can’t be ‘old news’ when it ain’t even been announced yet by the club 🙄

Whatever old new new news

it’s a positive signing and hopefully will happen. I wonder if this will help in our search for the next coach

@bedford-viking Could make a reasonable pack leader but his days of being a powerful driver of the ball are gone. He will need a young and strong pack around him to be effective.

His performances at Wire may show that I am wrong, of course!!!

New news. There's always someone who knew before.

New news. There's always someone who knew before.

I hinted on it on Monday in a thread in general rugby league.

No biggie..

35 though 😩 are we that bad every player we sign are over the hill and past their sell by date😭. I myself feel this isn’t the way forward. A coach is the priority and let him decide what players we need to progress forward. Who knows who the coach is but I bet he’s not made this decision🤨

@boltonviking what it also shows is who is making the signings and probably has done for quite a while.

Amor is better than anything we have at the club.

No-brainer for 1 season PT.

A signing that most fans and posters on here have welcomed. Maybe we should be commending whoever was responsible for his signing, with other club’s apparently interested. If we had waited for the new coach to be appointed - you never know he may well be and an announcement imminent - we may well have lost out on his signature and the same posters would be criticising the club for failing to sign him.

Good signing. Shame we couldn't get him for rest of this season!! Unless Wire loan him to us. Says he has signed 'in principle'. Hope to see him in the black and white sometime soon.

Wire can't loan him to us as he's at Wire on loan from St Helens.

Only on here, get a player in on loan from a club that's already borrowing him from someone else.

Amor may be 35, but in his 12 / 13 year career he has played over 320 professional matches , is durable , and has not got a season ticket to the treatment room.

He has also kept himself in good condition and , as has been mentioned , is head and shoulders above any prop we currently have. An excellent acquisition and not only because he hails from my hometown.
