We all same to be saying the same things seeing the same issues and problems surely the club can to and changes have to be made
they have managed to go from winning at Oldham and a huge feel good factor to how we are all now
and the main culprit? The man who took the players off the pitch for no reason except his own ego at barrow lost our attacking stand off and has now isolated the majority of the fan base !! Impressive in 2 months

How do you know? Have you asked every "fan" of the Club?
Did I say "every" lol no dealing with people look at the board I said majority and by the comments a lot are saying the same thing !! But if you think Coleman doing a stand up job that's your opinion you're entitled to it good luck with it !!
@vikingfox71 to be fair those on this forum that are that anti Coleman and it actually seems anti Widnes in most cases only see to appear from under their rock when we lose or something goes wrong.
Never seem to see certain people when we win… some of us are here and praise when right and criticise when right which is what a ‘fans’ forum should be
@scouseviking55 exactly people are allowed to have there views wether you agree or not
I believe the club have shot themselves in foot this year got everybody on board a great win at Oldham but instead of building it unravels where it feels we have lost direction yet again but it happens that often people are sick of same mistakes 🤷♂️

as they have done ever year for about 5 years before......it`s been the same story a good away win we all turn up expecting things to continue and.............home defeat.
Teams generally build and get better after the first few games but Widnes seem to make a mess after a good start year on year...........
...complacency,arrogance whatever...who knows?
@vikingfox71 no one’s ever said people can’t have their opinions. That’s what a forum is about, unfortunately certain people on here just have to take it to childish comments and refuse to praise the club or team for things they have done well or for winning games.
weird really
@scouseviking55 each to their own mate but in reality since we've been in championship there's not been much to cheer about so when it looks like we making progress and then winning at Oldham and we took a big following you can feel how desperate the fans are for success and yet every year the club, coach, players find a new and different way to mess it up , I think the extra outpouring of grief this year is that we started well and apart from London it looked like we'd be challenging but hey lose a prop don't replace, lose a stand off get a temporary one ,lose a well thought of director, coach takes players away from fans that's all in 2 months lol it's like a comedy series and I think looking at the forum it could be one time to many or they've reached their limit , we all have limits to our support it's not cheap and too lose 4/5 players of your squad after 10 games seems hard to understand when you bought your ticket on promise of maizen, abdull etc as I say people have opinions but sometimes the clubs digs it own holes

FYI we have not lost at home, except the cup game v. Leeds Rhinos
We have won 6, lost 3 (of which one was London away). Feel free to carry on with your agenda, while the Supporters, or Happy Clappers will go and support their Team.

Most, if not all clubs have their keyboard warrior doom merchants.
At Swinton, there's one guy in particular, who posts on the Facebook page of Station Roaders, and he just seems to delight with making negative comments about the Lions!
Of course this season, he's had plenty of ammunition to aim with, but (to me anyway) he appears incapable of typing summat positive about the team he supports, but................
Whether you agree with 'em or not, anybody, and everybody is entitled to hold an opinion, and to place it on social media!
Spelly.
@pauliewalnuts agenda !!! The only agenda is for the club to improve
supporting is buying season tickets ✅
buying merchandise ✅
away games✅
raffles donations ✅
for 40 years so my agenda is clear but pointing out continual club failings is surely what should happen or do we applaud the last 8 years of mid table obscurity and falling crowds if everyone just agrees with them they don't know people are unhappy
no agenda paulie except wanting better
I can't actually think of many at all that just come on here and bash the club ...so bit of a weird comment....I've laid plenty into the club because I'm sick to the back teeth of every season of late being like a repeat of Emmerdale from 6yrs ago ....on the flip side if something good happens I'll jump on the back of it aswel ...as I have with certain wins ...the previous engagement...the work Tim has done etc
Only pure divs play the "if you don't go to every game your not a fan " and therefore your opinion is irrelevant...utterly detest that mentality and 90% of the time it comes from people that just accept mediocrity in their life ....facts are we never ever learn our lessons it's actually become laughable ....theirs clubs in that league that are on budgets 200k shorter than ours and above us in the league .....ideal world we rip it up every week and we can all blow smoke up the clubs backside ....it's also comical that some that take offence at club criticism are the very same people that went off their coconuts on here and social media over "dita" and "ditat".....everyone is entitled to have a view or opinion irrespective of how many games you can get to ....
@cumbria-viking I agree with most of that, and attending every game isn't a must. There's no 'Super Fan' award come the end of the season, to dish out, but if match going fans want to go and support the Team, to get behind them, and applaud them off the pitch at full time, regardless of the result, they should not get stigmatised on here as being 'Happy Clappers'. They do see the wrongs, the bad things, but booing the team, off ain't going to encourage the players to want to right those errors the following week. Positivity breeds positivity, as does negativity in reverse. A lot of the players and their families, and Club Officials do read this forum, and some of the posts are taken to heart. The players are only human, like us lot.
I've been watching 60+ years, had some great times, and had plenty of shitty ones, too. I'm from Widnes, always lived here, and will probably die here, too. It's my team, just as it's yours, it's a game of RL. Just watch the game, hopefully enjoy it, and get behind whoever is in the shirt.
Enjoy the game
Paulie xx
