Eribe Doro signed on a 2 week loan, presumably someone injured already.

Prop forward, not seen Jewitt and maybe SF wants more options than Tilleke on the bench.

Hopefully Clough and Cook are fit!

Get the impression from the SF interview that he will spread the load, giving youngsters recovery time if he can, but also giving them game time.

Certainly sounds as if someone has a knock, but two weeks is very short term.

I think 2 weeks is the initial loan period, it used to be a month. If he settles in well and Warrington don't pick up injuries I'm sure he will stay a bit longer.

Tilleke has done well, but its a big ask for him to play prop every week in his first season.  Does this mean Jewitt is out for a while? Any updates on him?

The two week loan business is an alternative to DR which can't be done with current Covid protocols

Seems a decent player. Good use of the loan system. As said, the initial period is for two weeks and, if we need to continue the loan, then the loan could be extended if Warrington agree. With no reserves or academy, there will be plenty of players on loan as the season progresses, with teams wanting to give players a game.

On the basis of Chris Hill's performance over the last 12 months, Warrington should be playing Doro in their first team now, he's good enough.

That’s bad enough, they’re two good players who will be missed today in what will be a tight game.

Blotted his copybook with the sin-binning and late tackle which led to a NT try in the first half.

Apart from that, made good yards and looks powerful.

Extend his loan asap.

Paulie xx
