................ today, we created history with the first ever golden point winner in UK RL, when we beat the Crusaders at Brewery Field.

Chris Hough's one pointer to send us into the play-off final, will never be forgotten by we Lions!

I went through every emotion possible that afternoon, and it was a very happy journey back from  South Wales, but...................

It all went sour a week later, as it did for you, when we both came up well short in the finals, with you ducking against the Robins, and us against the Eagles.

Who did you beat in your semi?

Spelly.

Remember we seemed to be cruising against Haven, then they came back and we were holding on quite a bit at the end, think it finished 24-20, good side though Whitehaven at the time.

Remember getting onto the terrace behind the sticks early on in the 2nd half of the Swinton-Sheffield game, wanted Swinton to win as we played them first game of the season here and it was pretty close.

Hull KR and Morgan did a job on us too (not for the first time that year!)
